The hotel has a great walking trail, awesome proximity to eateries, and an indoor pool. Plus, I loved the heated exercise room with a view. My room was newly renovated and super comfy, just how I like it.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the pond and nearby restaurants. A lovely balcony to enjoy it all. Staff were fun, and the cleanliness was commendable! !

The air conditioning struggled. my room felt too warm, which interrupted my sleep,, and I could hear toilets flushing nearby at odd hours.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the wonderful local dining options like Tijuana Flats just a short walk away and the beautiful McMullen Creek Greenway close enough to enjoy a relaxing stroll, making it the perfect base for my weekend explorations. the staff were also friendly and welcoming, really making me feel at home during my visit.

Spent 2 nights here and totally loved it! The staff was super friendly, especially the gals at the Bistro who whipped up some delicious meals. Our room was clean, comfy, and had a nice view of a little pond.

I loved the inviting decor and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, which is perfect for seniors.

Stronger noise insulation for rooms would be appreciated.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Charlotte and really loved the location. It's right near a gas station and plenty of dining options. The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and organized nicely. I had a King room with a balcony that offered a nice view. The indoor pool was well-maintained, but it could have been warmer, which would have made it more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was tricky to control. it felt too cold at 70 and warm at 73, which made for some uncomfortable moments. Also, the noise insulation could use some improvement. I could hear the toilet flushing from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. Still, the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of nearby restaurants made up for some of those issues. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We used the complimentary shuttle to check out CSA OrthoCarolina Sportsplex and Quail Hollow Club, both super fun spots. The staff were friendly, and our rooms were clean. Just a heads up, the bistro’s inconsistent hours might catch some off guard.

The guest room with two queen beds was comfortable, and the location offered easy highway access. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the bar where I was helped promptly with my reservation. However, the room's decor felt a bit outdated, and I found the noise from the hallway a bit disruptive at times. The lack of a restaurant on-site was also a minor inconvenience during my stay.
